Yearbook Information
Hello Hoover families!
The Call Center has gotten some questions regarding yearbooks and we want you to know that the Hoover Yearbook staff is still working hard on creating a special book for you this year. Our yearbook is typically released in the fall (around September) and we will post on social media and make announcements to pick them up. Plus, yearbook sales have been extended to May 20. The yearbook can be purchased with the bookkeeper (amy.fritz@dmschools.org) or yearbookordercenter.com (code #2887). They are $65. If you aren’t sure if you have purchased one, contact Mrs. Hamilton @ sarah.hamilton@dmschools.org.
Right now, the yearbook needs your help with some special pages.
- If you have a picture of your senior dressed up for prom or any other occasion, please send it to sarah.hamilton@dmschools.org so it can be included in the yearbook. If possible, please send photos by May 11.
- The staff also wants your photos to showcase what students are doing during the COVID-19 closure. Please send any photo of your student doing online school, working, volunteering or anything else to sarah.hamilton@dmschools.org.
- Seniors! If you haven’t submitted your senior photo, you still can! We are getting ready to send those pages to the printer. If you have a photo you would like to use instead of your school photo, please send it to sarah.hamilton@dmschools.org by May 11. The pictures must be full color, upper body shot and with no props and it must be a high resolution jpg.
- Also, the Yearbook still has spots available for senior ads if any senior parent wants to honor their senior. The ads start at $35. They can be designed and purchased at yearbookordercenter.com with code #2887. The deadline to order is May 20.
