Sisters for Success

s4sHoover Sisters for Success proudly celebrated Black History Month by meeting with The Honorable Romonda Belcher, Iowa’s first female African-American judge. Judge Belcher is committed to helping everyone realize their potential and real possibilities with dedication, dignity and determination. Sisters for Success received words of encouragement, hope and promise from Judge Belcher.
