Geometry Classes Donate to Food Bank

The geometry classes of Ms. Caskey, Ms. Roney, and Ms. Smith have been working on a unit that involves volume and surface area.  The students in the classes have been bringing non- perishable foods to donate to the food bank.  We have been measuring the items and will be finding volume and surface area of the items.  Between the 7 classes, we have raised over 500 items to donate!  Ms. Smith’s green 3 class has brought in the most between all the classes competing!
