Attendance Information

Please notify the attendance office as early as possible to allow processing of your request.

If you student will be missing class for any reason, or to be released from classes early, please call 515-242-7301 to leave a message on the 24/7 attendance line.

Please speak clearly and give the following information:

• student’s legal name
• school ID#
• grade level
• reason your student will be missing class
• identity of who is leaving the message

You can go to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and report it there. Here are the instructions in case you need help: Portal Absence Request

If your child attends Central Campus/Academy, please contact them at 515-242-7653.

Please check your email or parent portal when receiving messages from attendance to see your child’s specific information recorded by teachers. Please email specific teachers for classroom attendance issues as the attendance office cannot change teacher attendance.
