Important Survey for Grades 9-11
At this time, we are looking at gathering data for our 9th-11th graders and their access to technology. This will give us the data around our students ability to access on-line learning.

The survey can be filled out by a parent/guardian, but please complete it for EACH one of your students, or a student can complete it on their own for themselves.
One question we have gotten is: IF my students already have a computer/Internet, do I need to fill it out? The answer is YES. We need everyone to fill it out. It is short.
