Hoover Yearbook Awards

The Hoover 2017-2018 yearbook came home with eight awards from the Iowa High School Press Association Fall Conference.  Seniors Ana Marquez Callabero, Maddie Freeman-Grosland and graduate Emma Andrew received awards in photography. Senior Katie Burns received recognition for her cover and page design. Senior Selima Vejzovic received recognition for her page design on the Dominican Republic trip.  Graduate Breazi Preston received recognition for her design of baby ads. Senior Katie Burns, Mikayla Williams, graduates Breazi Preston and MaryGrace Leyda received awards for developing the yearbook theme and page design.
