Hoover students put on their school colors Tuesday and visited three Des Moines elementary schools in honor of Universal Children’s Day. The day was established by the United Nations in 1954 to promote international togetherness and improve children’s welfare. Hoover Drama presents Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella this November 9, 10, and 11th at 7pm.
