Hoover High is officially the home of the Huskies, but we’re also becoming widely known as the den of some pretty cool cats. They’re the jazz combos that jam and tour and study and practice under the direction of Randy Hoepker, and lately they’ve been especially busy. On Saturday, December 13th, Hoover ELL students who attend ELL Saturday School for literacy enrichment put on their Winter Wear Clothing Drive, which was open to the public. Hoover held an all-school assembly on Friday to celebrate the season. Winter teams and extracurricular activities were introduced, and performances were given by the dance team and cheer-leading squad.
