Husky Alliance Golf Tournament

The annual Husky Alliance Golf Tournament was held on Saturday, May 7th. This years event was a huge success and a good time was had by all. Money raised by the annual event benefits the Husky Alliance (Boosters) for Hoover and  Meredith Schools. Dwight Talks New Goal: Renewable Energy

Tim Dwight is known best for scoring touchdowns, both as an Iowa Hawkeye as well as during his career in the NFL. These days he has a new goal: renewable energy. He visited with students at Hoover High School and Edmunds Elementary School about the possibilities of new energy sources and the importance of educating young scientists to work on these important issues. 2016 DMPS World Languages Festival

Please join us to celebrate the language and cultural learning of the DMPS World Languages Program.  The festival will be held this Saturday, April 30, from 11am to 1pm in the Hoover-Meredith TLC (library).  Hands-on demonstrations and other displays will be available for families to enjoy during this unique event.

Hoover High Presents “The Great Gatsby”

Hoover High School presents F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic “The Great Gatsby.” Performances are Thursday, April 21, Friday, April 22 and Saturday, April 23 at 7:00 PM in the school’s Denis Hildreth Auditorium. Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for students and $3 for those with student activity passes.
